Linda L. Scott
Linda, a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Florida, is the leading technical specialist and president of LLS Tax Solutions Inc. With more than thirty years of arbitrage experience, she leads the LLS Tax team in the proficient performance of arbitrage calculations. Linda is responsible for all aspects of client services, analytical reviews, and overall operations of the compliance team. She is very knowledgeable and has a working understanding of the Internal Revenue Code and U.S. Treasury Regulations as they apply to arbitrage and the complex issues related to municipal bonds. In addition to management responsibilities, Linda monitors the industry for compliance changes as it relates to tax-exempt financing for all type of issuers of municipal bonds and other instruments.
Linda spent fifteen years of her career leading and managing the Deloitte Tax Arbitrage practice giving her excellent industry experience. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and
Florida Government Finance Officers Association.
Molly Davis
Molly Davis, Arbitrage Manager, is a leader of the LLS Tax Solutions' arbitrage team and provides a higher technical review of rebate reports for many of our more complicated tax-exempt financings. She has gained key technical and regulatory arbitrage compliance knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and U.S. Treasury Regulations, since joining LLS Tax Solutions Inc. in 2018.
Molly is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Florida, and obtained her BSBA in Finance, BSBA in Professional Accountancy, and MBA with a focus in Business Analytics from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. She is currently an active member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association.
